Booking and Payment

How do I book a service? It's very simple! Just click on the Booking page, choose your Standard or Full Power package, and contact us directly to finalize the details of the promotion and payment. You can fill out the booking form, you will receive a confirmation, and we will reserve your appointment slot, which will be indicated to you.

What payment methods are accepted? We prefer secure payments via PayPal, which allows you to pay by credit card with complete confidence.

Once payment is made, we will block your slot in our calendar and schedule the service according to the chosen package. This guarantees maximum responsiveness.

Service Execution

I haven't received a quote, is that normal? Yes. To simplify our communication and save time, we operate on a direct sales basis. The details of the service are clearly indicated in the service description before your purchase. Your invoice will serve as proof of contract.

How quickly is the service completed? Processing times vary depending on the service chosen and the order of booking. This timeframe begins upon confirmation of your payment.

Can I modify my order after payment? Once payment is processed, the booking is confirmed. Any major changes may be subject to an adjustment or additional charge.

How do I send my documents and images? It's all done in one step! During your booking, a form allows you to fill in the necessary information and directly upload your image files. It's simple, quick, and secure. Banners must be 850 x 315 pixels and images (for the cover) 400 x 400 pixels. Otherwise, this will be done after we contact you.
